(Oral) Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner was the successful bidder in the auction for Nursing Home site conducted on 17.06.2023. Letter of Intent was issued to the petitioner on 06.09.2023 (Annexure P-1). The petitioner had paid the entire amount and allotment letter was issued to him on 29.02.2024 (Annexure P-2) but the respondents have not handed over physical possession of the site to the petitioner and therefore, in terms of Clause 4 of the allotment letter, the respondents are required to pay interest at the rate of 5.5% for the delay in delivery of possession. He also submits that he had sent a representation in this regard to the respondents on 06.08.2025 (Annexure P-3). He, therefore, submits that this petition be disposed of with a direction to respondent No.2 to consider and decide the same expeditiously in a time bound manner. 2. Issue notice to the respondents.
