It is the case of the petitioner that since his initial appointment from 30.01.2006, he has been working at Government Inter College, Gadoli, Uttarkashi; it is a remote area; he has been working for a long in that area, but he has not been transferred. Learned State Counsel was required to get instructions. He would submit that in the eligibility list of transfer, the petitioner is at Serial No.605, whereas total 3195 employees are eligible for transfer. He would submit that the transfer process is stopped due to pendency of WPSS No.53 of 2025 and WPSS No.533 of 2025 and as soon as these writ petitioners are decided, the transfers would be effected. He has placed for perusal of the Court the instructions, which he received. It is taken on record. In view of the statement given by the learned State Counsel, the petition may be disposed of. The petition is disposed of with the observation that since the petitioner is in the eligible list of transfer and as soon as WPSS No.53 of 2025 and WPSS No.533 of 2025 are decided or any order is passed in it or stay is vacated, the transfers shall be effected in accordance with law.
