Also heard Mr. B Sharma, learned Additional Public Prosecutor, Assam appearing for the State. 3. It is submitted by Mr. J Islam, learned counsel for the applicant that the applicant is the complainant/informant of Karimganj Police Station Case No. 42/2025 that has been registered against the opposite party/accused petitioner in the connected AB No. 282/2025. 4. As such, he has filed this application for his impleadment as opposite party No. 2 in the connected AB No. 282/2025 preferred by the accused petitioner. 5. Mr. B Sharma, learned APP, Assam appearing for the State has submitted that case diary of Karimganj P.S. Case No. 42/2025 has not yet been received that was called for by order dated 12.02.2025. 6. Considering the submission of Mr. J Islam, learned counsel for the applicant, the applicant be impleaded as opposite party No. 2 in the connected AB No. 282/2025 presently pending before this Court for adjudication, being the complainant/informant of said Karimganj P.S. Case No. 42/2025. 7. Registry shall accordingly correct the cause title of the connected AB No. 282/2025 and shall reflect the name of Mr. J Islam, learned counsel for the newly impleaded opposite party No. 2 in the connected AB No. 282/2025. 8. However, the complainant/informant/opposite party No.2 shall only assist the learned Additional Public Prosecutor while considering the connected AB No. 282/2025 preferred by the accused petitioner.
