The petitioner herein is assailing the selection proceedings of the office bearers dated 10.08.2022 (Annexure-A) by the respondent Nos.2 and 3. 3. Taking into consideration the prayer made in the petition, I am of the view that, this Court has no jurisdiction under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to dwell upon the functioning of the office bearers of the respondent Nos.2 and 3 herein. 4. In that view of the matter, Writ Petition is not maintainable. However, it is open for the petitioner to approach the competent authority for redressal of his grievance. 5.
