JUSTICE SANDEEP KUMAR ORAL ORDER 3 19-04-2025 Both these applications are arising from the same P.S. Case i.e., Gwalpara P.S. Case No. 212 of 2023. Hence, they are being heard together and are being decided by a common order. 2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners and learned APP for the State. 3. The petitioners seek regular bail in connection with Gwalpara P.S. Case No. 212 of 2023 registered for the offence under Sections 498(A), 364/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.5505 of 2025(3) dt.19-04-2025 2/2 Section ¾ of the D.P. Act. 4. As per the prosecution case, petitioners are accused of torturing and demanding dowry from the informant’s daughter. 5. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioner no. 01 namely Mushaharu Yadav is the father-in-law of the informant’s daughter and the petitioner no. 02 namely Dilchan Yadav is the dever of the informant’s daughter and they are in custody since 25.09.2024. There is no specific allegation against the petitioners. 6. Learned A.P.P. has vehemently opposed the prayer for bail. 7. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, these applications for regular bail are allowed. 8. Let the petitioners, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned S.D.J.M., Madhepura/concerned Court, Madhepura in connection with Gwalpara P.S.
