Heard Mr. Gajendra Singh Yadav, learned counsel for the petitioners and Mr. Anoop Trivedi, learned Additional Advocate General assisted by Mr. Patanjali Mishra, learned Government Advocate along with Mr. Paritosh Malviya, learned Additional Government Advocate for the State. We find that in compliance with the order dated 06.08.2025, Anil Kumar, Senior Superintendent of Police, Azamgarh is present in Court as also the petitioner detenue Abhishek Yadav, who was required to be produced. The personal presence of Anil Kumar, Senior Superintendent of Police, District- Azamgarh, is exempted. Mr. Anoop Trivedi, states that the petitioner has been arrested in connection with Case Crime No.310 of 2015 under Section 3/25 Arms Act, P.S.- Ahraula, District- Azamgarh. In addition, the petitioner has been remanded to judicial custody in connection with Case Crime no.499 of 2024, under Sections- 305(a), 331(4), 317(2) BNS, Case Crime No.178 of 2025 under Sections- 305(a), 331(4), 317(2) BNS, Case Crime No.75 of 2025 under Sections- 305(a), 331(4), 317(2) BNS, and Case Crime No.310 of 2025 under Section 3/25 Arms Act, all relating to Police Station- Ahraula. The remand orders are annexed with the return. The stand is that the petitioner has been arrested on 28.08.2025. In view of the fact, that petitioner has been arrested and remanded to custody, and, subsequently released on bail, the petitioner Abhishek Yadav who is present in Court, already noted in compliance with our orders, is now at liberty to go wherever he Versus Counsel for Petitioner(s) : Gajendra Singh Yadav, Sarvesh Chaubey Counsel for Respondent(s) : G.A.
