The present petition has been filed praying for a writ of mandamus directing respondent nos. 2 and 3 to restrain private respondent nos. 4, 5 and 6 from harassing the petitioner in renovation and construction work over Gata No. 1101, Mauja Sabora, Tehsil Bah, District Agra. 2. It is evident from the the facts narrated in the writ petition as well as in the representation that there is dispute between the petitioner and private respondents relating to raising of construction over the subject land. 3. Common law remedies are available, as such, no ground is made out to entertain the instant writ petition or direct the State respondents to intermeddle in private dispute between the parties. 4. The petition is disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to avail common law remedies.
