In the affidavit, it had been stated that the writ petitioner had filed appeal before the 2nd respondent under Section 10 of the Tamil Nadu Land Encroachment Act, 1905 and by order dated 10.10.2025, the 2nd respondent had dismissed the appeal and had directed the 4th respondent / Tahsildar and the Block Development Officer, Vasudevanallur, to remove the encroachments with respect to the land in Survey No.1537/7. It had been stated that the petitioner herein is the Vice President of Naranapuram Panchayat and therefore, he is a necessary party to the writ petition. 3. Taking the above factors into consideration, we allow this petition.
