Sinha, A.P.P. --- 03 / 07.08.2025 Heard the parties. 2. Petitioner has been made accused in connection with Sadar (Bara Bazar) P.S. Case No. 368 of 2024 corresponding to G.R. No. 2280 of 2024 for the offence registered under section 309(4) of the Indian Penal Code / Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023, pending in the court of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Hazaribag. 3. On 20.09.2024, the Informant was way laid by two unknown persons near Dixit Gas Agency. Accused persons looted Rs. 2,000/- and mobile phone from him. 4. It was submitted that the petitioner is neither named in the FIR, nor he was put on T.I. Parade. It was further submitted that nothing incriminating has been recovered from the possession of the petitioner. 5. In view of the submission made above, I am inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail. Accordingly, the petitioner, above named, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 20,000/- (Rupees twenty thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Hazaribag in connection with Sadar (Bara Bazar) P.S.
