CONCILIATION ORDER Joint memo is filed by the parties, signed by their respective Advocates. Joint memo reads as under: “The appellants have filed the above appeal aggrieved by the judgment and decree dated 23.10.2020 passed in O.S.No.4293/2018 by the XXX Additional City Civil and Sessions Judge. The appellants and respondents have settled the subject matter of the above appeal, the appellants have agreed to pay a sum of Rs.16,00,000/- (Rupees Sixteen Lakhs Only) as full and final settlement amount for which the respondents have agreed. The appellants have undertake to pay the above said amount on or before 10.01.2026. If the appellants fails to pay the above said amount, the above RFA shall continue. The entire Court fee may kindly ordered to be returned to the appellants in the interest of justice.” 4 Placing the joint memo on record, appeal stands disposed of. Office is directed to pass modified decree in terms of the joint memo appending the copy of the joint memo as part of the decree. It is made clear that if the amount as agreed is not paid as per the joint memo on or before 10.01.2026, entire decreetal amount stands restored automatically.
