No.618 of 2025. 2. This case is registered for alleged offences under Sections 294(b) 323, 324 and 506(i) of the Indian Penal Code. The incident occurred on 03.05.2019. The allegation in this case is that a conflict arose between the family members and friends. The de facto complainant is also said to have been died. The case is pending from the year 2019 at the summons stage itself and the summons are not yet served.
