Heard Mr. Ashok Kumar Yadav, learned counsel for the applicant and learned Additional Government Advocate for the State. 2. By means of this application, the only prayer made by the applicant is that a direction be issued to the Court of Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate-I, Court No.12, Jaunpur to decide the Complaint Case No.792 of 2022 (CNR No. UPJP040302062022) (Manoj Kumar Versus C.G.M. Agro Farm Producer Company Limited through Chief Managing Director), under Section 138 of the Negotiable Instruments Act, Police Station- Mariyahu, District- Jaunpur, expeditiously within a short stipulated period. 3. Learned counsel for the applicant submits that the applicant has filed a complaint under Section 138 of N.I. Act in the year 2022 but the same has not been decided so far due to which, applicant is suffering irreparable loss. Learned counsel further submits that a direction may be issued to the concerned Court to decide the same within specific time. 4.
