Issue a writ of mandamus directing the respondents 01 to 04 to extend the visas of petitioners. b. Grant such other order or direct as this Hon’ble court may deem fit under the circumstances of the case including cost in the interest of justice and equity. 2. When the matter was taken up for hearing, learned counsel for the petitioner yesterday had submitted that the petitioners are now wanting to go back to their country of origin. Their request only is that no penalty for overstay is levied on them and exit permit is issued. 3. Sri.Shanthi Bhushan., learned DSGI upon instructions submits that no penalty will be levied on the petitioners and exit permit would be issued, when sought for.
