Heard, learned counsel for the parties. 1. The instant Writ Petition has been filed for direction to the Water Resources Department, Government of Jharkhand (Respondent No.2) to vacate the illegal encroachment, as it has allegedly encroached 0.73 acres of land of the petitioner under Khata No.4, Plot No.206, measuring an area of 0.73 acres, Mouza- Buki, Circle- Angar, District- Ranchi. 2. From perusal of the pleadings of the Writ Petition as well as its Annexures, it appears that the petitioner has not exhausted the alternative remedy by filing a representation before the competent authority for removal of the alleged illegal encroachment. 3. Under the circumstances, the petitioner may file a representation before the competent authority with regard to the issue of encroachment as alleged in the instant Writ Petition and the same shall be disposed of within twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 4.
