2. The Applicant shall file legible and clearer copies of exempted documents, compliant with practice rules, before the next date of hearing.

4. The Applicant is presently on interim bail, which was granted by way of order dated 21st February, 2025 and further extended up to 17th April, 2025, by order dated 28th March, 2025.

However, Ms. Dolly Sharma, counsel for Applicant, seeks further extension of interim bail, stating that the Applicant has been diagnosed with further medical conditions for which he is required to undergo another surgery on 29th April, 2025. In support of this, medical record of the Applicant has been annexed.
7. Let the same be verified by the State and a report be filed before the next date of hearing.
8. In light of the above, till the next date of hearing, the interim bail of the Applicant is extended, on the same terms and conditions as noted in the
order dated 21st February, 2025.
9. Renotify on 25th April, 2025.
10. Copy of the order be sent to the Jail Superintendent for necessary information and compliance.
