Heard learned counsel for the applicant and the learned APP for the respondent-State. 2. The applicant has approached this Court apprehending arrest in connection with Crime No.4/2024, registered with Tirthapuri Police Station, Taluka Ghansavangi, District Jalna, for the offences punishable under Sections 394 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code. 3. The FIR is registered by the informant that while he was travelling 3 persons stopped his vehicle and the robbery had taken place of Rs.1,00,000/- and a tab of Rs.8,000/-. 4. The learned APP submits that the two arrested co-accused, who are identified by the informant has given the name of the present 2025:BHC-AUG:4923 2 927 applicant as one of the person involved in the offence. The third person is yet to be arrested, which is stated to be the present applicant. The learned APP further submits that there are 5 antecedents against the applicant. 5. In view of the above and looking at the gravity of the case and, prima-faice, involvement in the case and, also, the antecedents against the applicant, this court would not grant anticipatory bail. 6.
