This writ petition has been filed with the following prayer:- "i) Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus commanding and directing to respondent no.2 to decide the restoration/ recall application dated 27.8.2024 moved by the respondents No. 25 to 30 in case no. 8371 of 2024 computerized case No. T202402030208371 (Mohd. Shahjade and others Vs. Sarfraj and others) under section 24 of U.P. Revenue Code 2006 pending before Upziladhikari/ Sub Divisional Magistrate Tehsil Phoolpur District Prayagraj since 27.8.2024 (Vide Agnexure No.4 to this writ petition) forthwith or within stipulated period as fixed by this Hon'ble Court." 2. It is contended that restoration application dated 27.08.2024 is pending in proceedings under Section 24 of the U.P. Revenue Code, 2006. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the said restoration application may be decided expeditiously. 3. As no useful purpose would be served in keeping the matter pending, or calling for counter affidavit, the matter is being disposed of, at the admission stage, with a direction upon respondent no.2-Up Ziladhikari/Sub Divisional Magistrate Tehsil Phoolpur, District- Prayagraj to decide the restoration application dated 27.08.2024 pending in Case No.8371 of 2024, computerized case No. T202402030208371, under section-24 U.P. Revenue Code, 2006, after hearing all the concerned parties, strictly in accordance with law expeditiously preferably within a period of one month from the Versus Counsel for Petitioner(s) : Sachin Kumar Ojha Counsel for Respondent(s) : Azad Rai, C.S.C. Mohd. Shahjade And 3 Others .....Petitioner(s) State Of U.P. And 30 Others .....Respondent(s) date of production of certified copy of this order. 4. With the aforesaid direction, present writ petition stands disposed of. 5. It is made clear that this Court has not adjudicated the case on merit.
