The present petition has been filed for the following relief:- "I. Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of Certiorari to quash the impugned F.I.R. dated 21.08.2025, bearing Crime Case / F.I.R. No. 267 of 2025, U/s 109(1), 351(3) of 'the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita', registered at Police Station-Masuri, District-Ghaziabad. II. Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of Mandamus commanding the respondents not to arrest and harass the petitioners in connection with the impugned F.I.R. dated 21.08.2025, bearing Crime Case / F.I.R. No. 267 of 2025, U/s 109(1), 351(3) of 'the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita', registered at Police Station-Masuri, District-Ghaziabad." A perusal of the First Information Report discloses commission of cognizable offence in the above case. In view of the aforesaid, no case for quashing the first information report is made out.
