Heard learned counsel for the applicant and learned A.G.A. for the State. 2. The present application under Section 528 BNSS, has been filed for quashing the charge sheet dated 12.09.2020, charge sheet no. 178A/2020 alongwith cognizance order dated 21.09.2020 passed by learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, 07, Allahabad in Case no. 978 of 2020 (State of U.P. vs. Aryan Sharma and others) arising out of Case Crime no. 192 of 2020, under sections 3/5A/8 Cow Slaughter Act and 11(घ), Animal Cruelty Act, PS- Saraimamreg, District Allahabad. 3. Learned counsel for applicant confined his prayer only to the extent for seeking a very short time to appear before learned court concerned in pursuance to order dated 23.06.2020 passed by Remand Magistrate, Allahabad, whereby he has been granted bail for a period of only eight weeks and he was directed to surrender thereafter, but he has not surrendered yet. 4. Per contra, learned A.G.A opposed the prayer. 5. Considering the facts and circumstances of the matter, applicant is directed to appear before the learned court concerned in pursuance to order dated 23.06.2020 within 15 days from today. Till 15 days from today, no coercive action shall be initiated against the applicant. In case of failure, the protection as granted above shall automatically stands vacated. However, it is made clear that none of the grounds are convincing for seeking Versus Counsel for Applicant(s) : Brijesh Kumar Yadav Counsel for Opposite Party(s) : G.A. Akhilesh Kumar .....Applicant(s) State of U.P. and Another .....Opposite Party(s) quashing of orders impugned along with entire proceeding. 6.
