This Letters Patent Appeal has been filed against the Judgment/order 02.06.2023 passed in SWP no. 1459/2011. This appeal was filed beyond the limitation. An application seeking condonation of delay was also filed along with this appeal. The application seeking condonation of delay was considered on 14.08.2024 and delay in filing the appeal was condoned subject to the payment of Rs. 3000/- to be deposited in the account of Muskan, Home for Mentally Challenged Children, Channi Rama, Jammu, bearing account No. 30004052258. It appears that appellant did not comply with the order dated 14.08.2024 despite repeated opportunities. Since delay was condoned subject to the costs and costs was not deposited. Vide
order dated 31.05.2025 it was also made clear that if no instructions were received or the costs of Rs. 3000/- was not deposited in terms of order dated 14.08.2024 within a period of four weeks, the appeal shall stand dismissed. Mr. Bilal A Malla, appearing counsel for the appellant, submits that he has no instructions in this appeal and also costs have not been deposited. Accordingly, this appeal is dismissed along with connected CM(s).
