Sessions Judge, Hoshiarpur. 2. Learned counsel for the peoner submits that the peoner was appearing regularly on each and every date of hearing and it was the first default on 24.07.2025 when he could not appear and his bail was cancelled. Learned counsel further submits that peoner is ready to surrender before the trial Court, but he be granted protecon. 3. Noce of moon. 4. Mr. Mohit Kapoor, Sr. DAG, Punjab accepts noce on behalf of respondent-State, who has no objecon to the prayer made by the peoner. 5.
