The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Choutarwa P.S. Case No. 253 of 2024 registered for the offence under Sections 80(2) of the BNS, 2023. 3. Petitioner is the elder brother of the husband of the deceased who is in jail since 17.10.2024 and there is general and omnibus allegation against him. 4. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, this application for regular bail is allowed. 5. Accordingly, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the Patna High Court CR. MISC.
