Apprehending his arrest in FIR No.0246 dated 29.09.2022 registered for offences punishable under Sections 419, 420, 467, 468, 471, 199, 200, 205, 120-B of IPC at Police Station Division No.5, District Ludhiana; the petitioner has preferred this petition under Section 482 of Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 seeking pre-arrest bail.

Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, after arguing for sometime, seeks to withdraw the petition in hand. He has, however, submitted that in case the petitioner surrenders before the concerned Court within one week from today, his regular bail plea may be expeditiously decided.
