JUSTICE NAWNEET KUMAR PANDEY ORAL ORDER 2 21-02-2025 Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned APP for the State. 2. The petitioner apprehends her arrest in connection with Mehsi P.S. Case No. 255 of 2021, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 323, 379, 307,504, 506, 34 of the Indian Penal Code. 3. As per allegation, when the informant reached to his farm, all the FIR named accused persons including the petitioner surrounded him and started abusing him. On protest, co-accused Mukesh Kumar inflicted farsa blow on his head. Further, all the accused persons assaulted him with lathi and danda and snatched Rs. 10,000/- cash. 4. The learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.1352 of 2025(2) dt.21-02-2025 2/2 that the petitioner is a lady of clean antecedent and false allegation against her has been leveled of snatching golden locket. It has been submitted that specific allegation of assault is on co-accused, Mukesh Kumar of giving farsa blow on the head of the informant. 5. Considering the above-mentioned facts and circumstances, let the petitioner, in the event of her arrest or surrender within four weeks before the learned court below, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Motihari, East Champaran in connection with Mehsi P.S.
