After hearing learned counsel for the parties, the following order was passed on 17.05.2024 : "1. After arguing the matter at some length, Shri Anurag Rai, learned counsel for the petitioner states, limited prayer is being pressed by the petitioner that the deposit made by her for allotment of retail outlet between the Village Pachhaua-Malhanpar on Uurua Malhanpar Road, Gorakhpur, may be returned to the petitioner. 2. Shri Yash Padia, learned counsel for the Bharat Petroleum Corporation Limited has no objection. 3. Accordingly, the writ petition stands disposed of requiring the Bharat Petroleum Corporation Limited to refund the entire initial security deposit made by the petitioner within a period of two weeks from today." 3. Clearly, the order was passed on the no objection offered by learned counsel for the Oil Corporation/present applicant. 4. We have perused the application as also affidavit filed in support thereto. It is not the case of the applicants in review that the statement made by its counsel was not on the strength of any instructions issued by learned counsel for the Oil Corporation. 5.
