Heard learned counsel for petitioner, learned Standing Counsel for State and Sri Pankaj Kumar Gupta, learned counsel appearing for Gaon Sabha. 2. It is contended that private respondent no. 5 was granted lease way back in the year 1990 and he became bhumidhar with transferable rights in the year 2020. The petitioner had initiated proceedings for cancellation of lease granted in favour of private respondent no. 5 in the year 2021. The said application was rejected against which a revision was filed which has also been rejected. 3. I have heard respective counsel for the parties and perused the material on record. 4. No case for interference is made out as private respondent no. 5 has already become bhumidhar with transferable rights. 5. The writ petition is misconceived and stands dismissed.
