JUSTICE ASHOK S.KINAGI ORAL ORDER The petitioners filed this Writ Petition seeking a Mandamus directing the respondents to consider the representations dated:04.01.2024, 29.04.2024 and 24.07.2024 vide Annexures-B, G and H respectively, and direct the respondents to issue compassionate appointment to petitioners 2, 4 and 6 as per the compassionate appointment scheme. 2. The brief facts leading rise to the filing of this Writ Petition are as follows: On the death of the deceased employees of the respondent - Bank, the legal representatives of the deceased employees filed applications seeking for compassionate appointment vide Annexures-B, G and H and the respondents have not taken any steps to consider the said representations submitted by the petitioners vide Annexures-B, G and H. The learned counsel appearing for the respondents submits that if the reasonable time is granted, the respondents would consider the representations vide Annexures-B, G and H, and pass an appropriate order in accordance with law. 4. The Writ Petition is disposed of directing the respondents to consider the representations vide Annexures-B, G and H respectively, and pass an appropriate order in accordance with law within eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 6.
