JUSTICE VINOD CHATTERJI KOUL-JUDGE ORDER 01.01.2025 When this matter was taken up for consideration, learned counsel appearing for the respondents, Mr. Syed Musaib, Dy. AG submitted that he has instructions that in case a representation is made by the petitioner regarding his grievances put forth by him in this writ petition, the respondents would consider and decide the same within a period of one week from the date such representation is made. He has also placed on record the communication which has been addressed to him. Mr. M. Y. Bhat, learned senior counsel appearing for the petitioner submits on the assurance given by the respondents that they would consider the representation, he submits that this petition may be disposed of with a direction that on his making representation to the Registrar cooperative Societies in compliance to the communication which has been placed on record. Registrar Cooperative Society after hearing the petitioner would decide the same by-passing reasoned order within a period one week from the date such representation is made. In the event, petitioner is aggrieved with the result of the such representation, he has a right to approach the Court for challenging the same. Disposed of as above along with connected CM(s).
