Zothankhuma, J) Mr. P.K Roy, learned Senior Counsel for the applicants submits that there is a delay of 49 days in preferring the writ appeal. Mr. G.K. Gupta, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner objects to the delay being condoned and submits that has not received the copy of the application for condonation of delay. On considering the grounds for delay as provided in paragraph-2 of the application, we are of the view that sufficient cause for the delay of 49 days has been made out. Accordingly, the delay of 49 days is condoned. Registry to list the appeal within a week. In the meantime, Mr. P.K Roy shall furnish a copy of the writ appeal to Mr. G.K. Gupta.
