He further submits that even Principal Chief Conservator of Forests, Punjab shall forward the same to the Government today itself and the necessary benefits in terms of the regularization policy shall be released to the widow of deceased employee within three months from today. 2. In view of the counsel for the petitioner does not press the present petition. 3. Dismissed as not pressed. 4. However, undertaking, his compliance is made. Dismissed as not pressed. Rule stands discharged. However, in case the respondent fails to abide by the aforesaid undertaking, his salary to the extent of 1/3 compliance is made. He further submits that even Principal Chief Conservator of Forests, Punjab shall forward the same to the Government today itself and the necessary benefits in terms of the regularization policy shall be released to the widow of deceased employee within three months aforesaid undertaking by the respondent(s), learned counsel for the petitioner does not press the present petition.
