Speaking order dated 30.09.2024, is taken on record as Annexure P13. MAIN CASE 3. Perusal of the speaking order, Annexure P13, shows that petitioner had approached this Court at an earlier stage by filing CWP- 14594-2024, which was disposed of on 01.07.2024 with a direction to the respondents to decide the pending representation. Respondents were further directed that if any amount is found due and payable to the petitioner, the same be disbursed. However, these facts have not been mentioned in the petition. Rather in para No.18, it has been asserted that no such or similar petition has been earlier filed before this Court or before the Hon’ble Supreme Court. 4. When confronted, counsel for the petitioner states that the previous litigation could not be mentioned due to over-sight. He has tendered an unconditional apology, which is accepted. 5. At this stage, he seeks and is granted permission to withdraw the writ petition with liberty to file a fresh one after mentioning all the relevant facts. 6. Dismissed as withdrawn with liberty as aforesaid.
