The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that during the pendency of the main industrial dispute in I.D.No.20 of 2015, petitioner has filed I.A.No.2 of 2022 and the same was dismissed. Thereafter, the main dispute itself was disposed of and the same was under challenge in W.P.No.17863 of 2022. The respondent also not disputed the disposal of the main I.D and against which W.P.No.17863 of 2022 is pending.
