1. The petitioner has filed the present petition under Section 528 of B.N.S.S with a prayer to issue appropriate directions to the official respondents to decide the representation (Annexure P-1) and to take strict legal action against respondents No.4 and 5.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has already submitted a representation dated 16.07.2025 (Annexure P-1) to the Director General of Police, Punjab-respondent No.2 and he shall be satisfied at this stage, if directions are issued to respondent No.3 to look into the representation dated 16.07.2025 (Annexure P-1) and take appropriate steps, in accordance with law.
