The following prayers have been made in the instant petition:- "(i). Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus directing the respondent no. 2 and 3 to comply the order dated 23.02.2023 passed by Additional Civil Judge (J.D.), Room No.20, Allahabad. (ii). Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus directing the respondent no.4 to 6 not to violate the order dated 11.04.2022 and 05.09.2024 and restrain them not to interfere in peaceful possession of the petitioner's land." 2. The petitioner has instituted a civil suit against the private respondents and wherein an order of temporary injunction directing the parties to maintain status-quo has been passed on 05.09.2024. The petitioner alleges violation of injunction order by the private respondents. Admittedly, his application under Order XXXIX Rule 2A of the Civil Procedure Code is pending. 3. In such view of the matter, we refrain from expressing any opinion and leave it open to the petitioner to press the application filed by him under Order XXXIX Rule 2A of the Civil Procedure Code.
