Taking into consideration the fact that Crime No.47/2022 of Kyatsandra Police Station is registered for the offences punishable under Sections 352, 431, 432, 504, 506, 34 of indian penal code read with Section 3(1)(r), 3(1)(z) of SC and ST (Prevention of Atrocities) Act, 1989, wherein the complaint is lodged by the petitioner herein and the matter is pending consideration before the competent Court, I am of the view that, issuing direction as prayed for in the writ petition cannot be accepted. 5.
