It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioners that the petitioners never stayed with the Accused No.1 and the 2nd respondent after their marriage. 3. Considering the same, this Court is inclined to dispose off the quash petition, dispensing with the petitioners' presence before the Additional Junior Civil Judge, Giddalur, subject to the petitioners submitting an undertaking before the learned Magistrate to appear as and when required for the purpose of trial. 4. With these observations, this Criminal Petition is disposed off. There shall be no order as to costs.
