THIS WRIT PETITION IS COMING ON FOR CONCILIATION BEFORE LOK ADALAT, THE FOLLOWING CONCILIATION ORDER IS PASSED: CONCILIATION ORDER The prayer in this writ petition is to issue a direction to the respondent-Tahsildar, Bhadravathi Taluk, to enter the name of the petitioner in the revenue records based on the Grant Certificate dated 26.03.2018 at Annexure ‘B’ and to consider the representation dated 04.01.2021 at Annexure ‘A’. 3 2. Learned Additional Government Advocate submits that the representation given by the petitioner will be considered for entering the name of the petitioner in the revenue records after verifying from the records regarding the grant said to have been made in favour of the petitioner, in terms of the Grant Certificate dated 26.03.2018 at Annexure ‘B’. 3. In view of the statement made by the learned Additional Government Advocate and learned Counsel for the petitioner submitting that the petitioner will be satisfied if such action is taken, the matter stands disposed of accordingly.
