1. Prayer in the present petition is for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner in case DDR/Cross Case No.44 dated 22.05.2025, registered under Sections 115(2), 118(1), 190, 191(3) of BNS, 2023 (Sections 118(2) and 117(2) of the BNS, 2023 added lateron) arising out of FIR No.67 dated 19.05.2025, registered under Sections 118(1), 115(2), 126(2), 190, 191(3) of the BNS, 2023 (Section 118(2) of the BNS, 2023 added later on), at Police Station Sultanwind, District Amritsar.
2. Vide order dated 19.08.2025, while granting interim protection, the petitioner was directed to join investigation.

Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that pursuant to
order dated 19.08.2025, petitioner has joined the investigation and as such her interim bail may be made absolute.

4. Learned State counsel, on instructions has affirmed the fact that the petitioner has joined the investigation and she is no more required for further investigation.
5. In view of the above, interim order dated 19.08.2025 is made absolute subject to compliance of conditions as envisaged under Section 482 (2) B.N.S.S.
6. Petition stands allowed.
7. Pending applications, if any, shall stand disposed of.
