A.G., Haryana. **** SANDEEP MOUDGIL, J (ORAL) This writ petition has been filed under Article 226/227 of the Constitution of India for issuance a writ in the nature of certiorari for quashing of the impugned order dated 06.02.2025 (Annexure P-1), passed by respondent No.2, vide which the petitioner has been suspended from service with immediate effect being illegal and arbitrary as petitioner was not at fault and the same is in violation of the mandatory provision of law as contained in Haryana Civil Service (Punishment and Appeal) Rules, 2016 which is not sustainable in the eye of law and the same is liable to be set aside. Vide order dated 19.08.2025, this Court directed the learned State Counsel to obtain instructions in the matter. In compliance, the State Counsel has today produced a copy of the order dated 22.08.2025, whereby the petitioner’s Anuradha 2025.08.27 01:15 I agree to specified portions of this document
CWP-23867-2025 (O&M) 2 suspension has been revoked and he has been reinstated in service, though the same is made subject to pending disciplinary proceedings initiated against him with immediate effect. In light of the above, learned counsel for the petitioner does not wish to press the instant petition. Dismissed as not pressed.
