In fact, a Receiver was appointed by this Court earlier in this application. As seen from the earlier proceedings, the learned counsel for the applicant has been repeatedly seeking time to execute the Warrant of Commission on account of the fact that the vehicle could not be located. Accordingly this application is closed.
