The Petitioner is before this Court seeking for the following reliefs; a. Direct the R3 and R3 that petitioner Nazmuddin @ Munna CTP-01125 shall be considered for his release on parole till the committee meets to considers his application for premature release. b. Pass any other order(s) which this court may deem fit and proper under the facts and circumstances of the case in the interest of justice. 2. The grievance of the Petitioner is that his application for premature release had not been considered and as such, a mandamus as detailed above was sought for. 3. Sri. B.G.Bhanu Prakash, learned Additional Advocate General submits that the application of the Petitioner - 3 - HC-KAR NC: 2025:KHC:43524 WP No. 32963 of 2024 for premature release was considered and the Advisory Board in its meeting held on 05.03.2025 has rejected the said application. 4. If that be so, it is required for the respondents to furnish the rejection order to the Petitioner so as to enable the petitioner to take appropriate steps. The same not having been done, direction is issued to Respondent No.2 to furnish a copy of the rejection order to the petitioner within one week's time from the date of receipt of certified copy of this order. 5. In that view of the matter, I pass the following: ORDER i. The petition stands disposed. ii. Liberty is reserved to the Petitioner to take appropriate steps as regards the rejection order.
