WP No. 23176 of 2025 PRAYER: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, pleased to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents to inspect measure and survey the lands and to fix boundaries in respect of lands comprised in S No. 1297/37 and 1291/38 situated at Marudhadu Village, Vandhavasi Taluk, , Tiruvannamalai District by considering the petitioner representation dated 05.06.2025 within a time stipulated by this Honourable court. It is submitted by the learned counsel for petitioner that the recording of the submission of petitioner in the order dated 30.06.2025 passed by this Court, stating that one Lingesan, had interfered with the survey officials with the aid of rowdy elements and Police protection may be granted for surveying the subject property. He would further submit that said Lingesan is a Government servant and therefore, his name in the body of the order dated 30.06.2025 causes him grave prejudice. 3. This Court clarifies that in order dated 30.06.2025 it only recorded the submissions made by petitioner, and has not expressed anything on the merits as to the correctness or otherwise of the above submissions made, despite which, petitioner would continue to persist that the above observations ought to be expunged, since it has caused him a tremendous mental trauma/agony. https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis WMP No. 35228 of 2025 in WP 23176 of 2025 __________ Page4 of 5 4. In view thereof, this court is inclined to clarify that paragraphs 3.2 and 3.3 of the order dated 30.06.2025 is merely recording the submissions of the petitioner, and does not reflect the opinion or the view of this Court as to the conduct or otherwise of said Lingesan. 5.
