Heard Mr. Mukesh Baghel, learned counsel for the applicants and Mr. B.P. Maurya, learned A.G.A. for the State. 2. The present application has been filed with prayer to quash the entire proceedings of Case No.- 469 of 2019 (State Vs. Devendra and another) arising out of Case Crime No.- 253 of 2019 under Sections 427, 323, 504 I.P.C., P.S.- Sikandara, District- Agra, pending in the Court of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Agra. 3. Learned counsel for the applicants confines his argument that a direction be issued to learned court concerned for cancellation of N.B.W. issued against them and grant of bail as expeditiously as possible. 4. Learned A.G.A. has no objection to the above submission. 5. In view of above, if the applicants surrender before court concerned within four weeks from today and apply for cancellation of N.B.W. or grant of bail, the same shall be considered and decided by learned court Versus Counsel for Applicant(s) : Mukesh Baghel Counsel for Opposite Party(s) : G.A. Devendra And Another .....Applicant(s) State of U.P. and Another .....Opposite Party(s) concerned in accordance with law as expeditiously as possible. 6. Till the period of four weeks or appearance of applicants before learned court concerned, whichever is earlier, no coercive action shall be taken against the applicants in the aforesaid case. 7.
