Petitioner is before this Court for correction of Plot Number/Khesra Number in the Online new Register-II of the land situated at Thana No.25, Khata No. 153, Plot No. 884, Rakba 2.30 acres in which the Plot Number/Khesra Number has wrongly mentioned as 000. 2. It is submitted by learned counsel appearing for the petitioner that earlier the name of the grand-father of the petitioner was entered in Register-II in Case No. 1R 8 II/1952-1953 and since then the land revenue is being paid and the rent receipts are being issued against it. In order to rectify the error in Register-II, the petitioner submitted a representation both Online and Offline before the respondents on 22.05.2023, but till date the necessary correction has not been made. 3. Under the circumstance, respondent No.6-Circle Officer, Kanke Anchal, Kanke is directed to dispose of representation filed by the petitioner dated 22.05.2023 within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order.
