The instant petition has been filed for following relief: "1-Issued a order or direction to direct the Learned Civil Judge (S.D.) Hathras to decide the present Execution Case No. 01 of 2017 Bhagirath Gautam Vs Raj Kumar pending in the court of Learned Civil Judge (S.D.) Hathras which was filed by the Petitioner /Plaintiff for execution of the Judgment/ Decree dated 06.12.2014 passed by Learned Civil Judge (Va. Pra.) Hathras in Original Civil Suit No. 325 of 2012 (Bhagirath Gautam Vs Raj Kumar) against the respondent expeditiously, if possible with in stipulated period." 3. Contention of learned counsel for the petitioner is that the execution application has been filed in the year 2017. He prayed that the same may be decided expeditiously. 4. No useful purpose would be served in keeping this petition pending. 5. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, the present petition stands disposed of finally with a direction to Court of Civil Judge (S.D.) Hathras to consider and decide the Execution Case no. 01 of 2017, in accordance with law, expeditiously, preferably within a period of six months from the date of production of a certified copy of this order after giving opportunity of hearing to the parties concerned and without granting Versus Counsel for Petitioner(s) : Anuj Bajpai, Sanjay Kumar Mishra Counsel for Respondent(s) : Bhagirath Gautam .....Petitioner(s) Ram Kumar .....Respondent(s) unnecessary adjournments to either of the parties provided that there is no other legal impediment.
