The present petition has been filed praying for the following relief: "(i) Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of certiorari call for the record and quashing the first information report dated 31.07.2025, registered as Case Crime No.0187 of 2025, under Sections 85 & 80(2) of BNS, 2023 and Sections 3/4 of DP Act, at P.S. Sarai Akil, District- Kaushambi." The recital in the first information report discloses commission of an offence by the petitioner. In view of the aforesaid, no case for quashing the first information report is made out. For the aforesaid reason, the present writ petition is dismissed.
