It is submitted on behalf of the petitioner that disciplinary proceeding is sought to be instituted by issuing chargesheet on 3rd April, 2025 on a third party complaint without being supported by an affidavit. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he has placed reliance upon Goverment Order dated 29th January, 2024 and complaint which has become cause of institution of the disciplinary proceedings, I find it to be not supported by an affidavit. Matter requires consideration. Learned Standing Counsel prays for and is allowed four weeks' time to file counter affidavit. Rejoinder affidavit, if any, may be filed within two weeks' thereafter. List this case on 6th November, 2025. In the meanwhile, until further orders of this Court, no further departmental enquiry shall be held pursuant to chargesheet dated 3rd April, 2025.
