At the outset, Sri Manindra Mohan Pandey, counsel for the applicant submits that during the course of investigation, section 109 B.N.S. has been added. He prays for withdrawal of the present application with liberty to file afresh. 3. Accordingly, the application is dismissed as withdrawn with the aforesaid liberty. 4.
