Heard the parties
2. The petitioner has been made accused in connection with Deoghar (Cyber) P.S. Case No. 02 of 2025, for the offences registered under Sections 319(2), 318(4), 338, 336(3), 340(2) & 61 of the B.N.S., 2023 and Section 66B, 66C, 66D & 84C of the I.T. Act, pending in the Court of learned Additional Sessions Judge- II-cum-Special Judge, Deoghar.
3. On 08.01.2025, at about 01:30 p.m., Cyber Police, Deoghar, on the basis of confidential information that cyber criminals had assembled at village Daliyadih, raided the place of occurrence and apprehended this petitioner and co-accused Sonu Sourabh. On search, mobile phone is alleged to have been recovered from the possession of the petitioner.

It was submitted that a victim has appeared to claim that the mobile phone which was recovered from the possession of the petitioner was used in cheating him, but the Investigating Officer has submitted that the same mobile phone was recovered from the possession of co-accused Sonu Sourabh who has been granted bail by a Co-ordinate Bench of this Court vide B.A. No. 2481 of 2025
5. In view of the submission made above, I am inclined to release the petitioner, on bail. Accordingly, the petitioner, named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 20,000/- (Rupees Twenty
Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned Additional Sessions Judge-II-cum-Special Judge, Deoghar in connection with Deoghar (Cyber) P.S. Case No. 02 of 2025.
