Heard the parties. 2. Petitioners have been made accused in connection with Bariyatu P.S. Case No. 70 of 2024 for the offences registered under sections 126(1), 115(1), 109(1), 324(5), 324(6), 308(2), 308(4) and 326(f) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023, section 27 of Arms Act and section 17 of C.L.A. Act, pending in the court of Mrs. Swati Vijay Upadhyay, learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Latehar. 3. On 05.11.2024, unknown persons intercepted the truck of the Informant bearing registration no. JH 02AK 1599 along with another truck bearing registration no. JH 02AK 1599 near Golitand Chowk. The accused persons 2. started demanding money from the drivers of the said trucks. They claimed themselves to be the members of a banned naxal organization J.J.M.P. 4. Ms. Tanu Kumari, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner in B.A. No. 2618 of 2025 and Mr. Mohit Prakash, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioners in B.A. No. 2816 of 2025, submitted that the petitioners are not named in the FIR. It was further submitted that the name of the petitioners has come in the confession of the co-accused and the petitioners have also confessed their guilt. 5. Ms. Snehlika Bhagat, learned A.P.P in B.A. No. 2618 of 2025 and Mr. Bishambhar Shastri, learned A.P.P in B.A. No. 2816 of 2025 have opposed the prayer for bail, but does not dispute the aforesaid facts. 6. In view of the submission made above, I am inclined to enlarge the petitioners on bail. Accordingly, the petitioners, above named, are directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 20,000/- (Rupees twenty thousand) each, with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of Mrs. Swati Vijay Upadhyay, learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Latehar in connection with Bariyatu P.S.
